About Sheila Star Coulbourn

      Sheila is a Licensed Spiritual Counselor, Holistic Health Practitioner and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor.

      She has been serving people in Southern California for over 20 years through classes and private sessions, Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure and Reiki.

       When I started on this path about 20 years ago, I never dreamed that I would be guided to the healing practices that I experience with my clients today. Through varied teachings and amazing spiritual awakenings, I started exploring the subtle differences I felt in people's energy fields, including my own, and I began to understand that everything has different levels of energy:

~ Spirit or universal

~ Mind or some sort of creative vehicle

~ Body or physical form

As more was revealed, I began to realize that as healing happens on one level, it happens on all levels.

      I draw from my training (Craniosacral Therapy, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Certified EMT, Religious Science Practitioner, Massage, Reiki, Acupressure and other methods of Energy Healing) and all of my life experience to help facilitate the healing of all three levels:
Spirit - Mind - Body.

 

StarLight Training is a Global Heart Teaching Chapter of United Centers for Spiritual Living. As a Global Heart ministry, my intention is to reach across the borders and boundaries in my community. There are so many religious and social boundaries that I would like to see, if not dissolved altogether, to be softened so that we cross them without pain or suffering. A few of these boundaries are between religions and spiritual belief systems. Others are those between the medical professions and spirituality and between “corporate America” and spirituality.

The workshops and classes that StarLight Training offers are created and facilitated as a bridge across any boundary or border.

 

I believe the Higher Consciousness within each individual is the True healer. My work is to help facilitate the restoration of health at the level of body, mind and spirit.
